Our support and update agreement comprises all our updates
and new versions of the programs without any extra cost
and support will be given according to the terms in the
agreement.
In our commitment we include:

continuous improvements of the functionality of the
system |

to secure the development of the system in the long
term |

support is accessible on the Internet or in the
traditional way. |
In our concept we include:

support in their work with our systems to all users |
 |
support on our products concerning matters dealing
with installations and functions |
 |
support to users by phone, fax and e-mail. |
Support agreement
Netforms AB
provides a support and and update agreement valid for 12
months. The agreement will subsequently be renewed
automatically if the agreement has not been cancelled at
the latest three months prior to the date of renewal.
Uppdates
All customers with a support and and update agreement
have access to all updates of applicable programs and
program suites. Access will be granted to our
password-protected webpage to download updates. Updates
can also, if required, be provided in other ways.
